The Russell enjoyed another strong week, adding 16 points to close at 644. As of late, the index has been able to shake off a weak dollar and continue to rise. Two months ago this was not the case. The index is approaching the 646 area, which it has not seen since October 2008. Expect some resistance at these levels and do not be surprised if there is price consolidation or a pullback. We are neutral on the index for the week.
